GOUGE and Tru TV’s “ALL WORKED UP” brings The Lizard Lick Towing Crew to Wake Forest To Make Up For The NC State Fair Fiasco This Saturday!!!
A few months ago members from the hit TV show on Tru TV “ALL WORKED UP”, The Lizard Lick Towing Company, were kicked out of the North Carolina State Fair. The reason for them being asked to leave by the people over the fair was because they were getting way too many people at their booth (that was sponsored by Biscuitville) as they are a huge hit on TV. We felt this was very disgraceful and not of the high intelligence that they were asked to leave the event and leave a lot of fans duped that paid to get into the fair to see these stars. Fans from as far as Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia drove a long way to only find out that they were thrown out not long after starting their autograph session.
     We here at GOUGE Wrestling want to give back to the fans that were duped at the NC State Fair on Saturday January 8th as we are bringing in the crew from Lizard Lick Towing to sign autographs and take pictures with the fans at the MVP Sports Factory in Wake Forest, NC. With this price of admission they not only get to see The Lizard Lick Towing Crew but also enjoy a great night of family oriented professional wrestling.

Vordell Walker Attempts One Final Time To Hurl Damien Wayne From NC Laurels January 8th
For months Damien Wayne and Vordell Walker have battled in the rings of GOUGE for this prestigious title that has cumulated in a ladder match and numerous outside interference on Waynes behalf to keep the coveted title. This Saturday night marks the end of this epic feud that will have people talking about it for a long time. This is The Shooters last shot to win this title he has so long wanted to hold. The matches are legendary and this one will be no different so please do not miss out on this battle. The Dog Collar Chain match is one of the most brutal matches in the history of pro wrestling dating back to the early 70’s, the 80’s in which saw “Rowdy” Roddy Piper take on Greg “The Hammer” Valentine in one of the most talked about bouts in pro wrestling history from the first Starrcade on Thanksgiving Day in 1983. Both combatants will definitely be using this chain to their advantage and in order to win you have to drag your opponent to all 4 corners of the squared circle. History is in the making…do not miss out this Saturday in Wake Forest, NC.

Heavyweight Champion Sean Alexander To Defend GOUGE Throne Against Winner Of Redneck Rumble This Saturday[/b}
For months the GOUGE Heavyweight Champion Sean Alexander has escaped challenges from various challengers and even while sidelined with an injury, had others defending his throne for him. This Saturday will mark a disadvantage for the hated champion as he goes into Wake Forest not knowing who he is going to defend the title against as 20 + men battle one another for a shot at the top honors of GOUGE. The champion is arrogant and very confident he is walking out of the MVP Sports Factory with the heavyweight championship intact to his waist. Participants in the rumble beg to differ on this and are determined to end his reign of antics and take away his most prized possession this Saturday. The list of participants that have been announced are championship material and could give the champion a run for his money. “The Boogie Woogie Man” Rob McBride is a former Mid Atlantic heavyweight title holder, Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. (who is allowed back this one night due to being last years winner) has held numerous championships in various organizations throughout the Mid Atlantic, lets not forget former GOUGE Champion Seymor Snott who wants to regain the throne in GOUGE, and the unpredictable and insane Leatherface is no one to forget about. The numerous possibilities will for sure be lurking the champions mind this Saturday night. Who will go on to challenge the champion? This Saturday night will answer that very question.

[b]Tag Team Champions Stelletto And Gambino with Count Grog In Their Corner To Duel This Saturday But Against Who???

Gouge Tag Team Champion Frank Stelletto and Mikey Gambino (managed by the now hated Count Grog) will be on hand Saturday night to not only compete for a chance to get a Heavyweight Championship Title shot in hopes of collecting another title in their faction but will also defend their coveted Tag Team Championships. The questions remains as to who is going to step up and challenge for the titles. A lot of good scenerios are coming into fold for this encounter. For one the returning “King of Controversy” Robert Royal (who was injured several months ago and this forced the titles to be held up) is still upset over the fact they never lost the titles in the ring. Will he seek another partner to go after the belts? Also Rob “The Boogie Woogie Man” McBride has tried on a few occasions with partners only to fall shot of capturing the titles due to the cheating antics of the champions. Lets not forget the former champions The Krazy Killer Clowns. Will they show up in Wake Forest this Saturday to demand a rematch? Plus waiting in the wings are several other top Mid Atlantic tag teams that would love a title shot. This will be a very interesting night for the champions but they claim they will take on all challenges and defeat them in their claim to be the best tag team in the area. Many in the GOUGE roster are ready to step up to the challenge and this one is a perfect opportunity for anyone on the GOUGE roster. The champions are gutful for making such a crazy challenge seeing they have to compete in the dangerous REDNECK RUMBLE with the possibility of one of them going on to get a title shot against Champion Sean Alexander. Will be interesting to see how this plays out this Saturday night in Wake Forest, NC.

Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. Blazes Back Into GOUGE Wrestling For One Night Only!!!
For one night Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. is being allowed to compete in a GOUGE ring to get the honor due to his automatic spot in this event as he was last years winner. Jimmy Jack Funk Jr lost a match to North Carolina Champion Damien Wayne a few months back that had Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. leave GOUGE Wrestling due to the stipulation of Loser Leaves Gouge. What was forgotten on this deal was that every year the winner of the Redneck Rumble automatically receives a spot in the next years event so this is what led to GOUGE owner Count Grog being forced into letting him back in for one night. If Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. wins The Rendneck Rumble and wins the heavyweight title that night from reigning champion Sean Alexander, Jimmy Jack Funk Jr is automatically back in GOUGE. Due to this Count Grog has also ordered that Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. compete in a match in case he does not win The Redneck Rumble this Saturday against an opponent of the evil Count Grogs choosing. “The Manager of Champions” Neil Sharkey has already offered up one of “Mid Atlantics Finest” to do the honors but in the end it is up to Count Grog on who Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. fate lies upon. Could it be Scrapyard Dog, Leatherface, maybe “The King of Controversy” Robert Royal as it was at the hands of Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. that sidelined Royal for months and cost him to get stripped of the tag team championships, or will it be an up and comer in GOUGE who will want to make an example out of Jimmy Jack Funk Jr.? We do know that Jimmy Jack is ready for any challenge that comes his way even if it is for one night. He would love to get the title but he is also there to gain revenge on Sharkey and company for what happened months back. I am sure to say the cowbell may be swinging in and out of the ring this Saturday as Funk wants to get his hands on Sharkey for the betrayal from a long time ago. This Saturday night could be that once in a lifetime opportunity.

Where Does Robert Royal Stand? The Tough Decision To Be Addressed Saturday Night
One year ago, Robert Royal rejoined with long time manager Neil Sharkey in his quest to take over GOUGE Wrestling. A long the way Sharkey recruited some key players in current North Carolina Champion Damien Wayne and the highly talented Rex Sterling to form the stable “Mid Atlantics Finest”. In this quest Sharkey also recruited vixen Destiny Starr to be along for the ride as they took over GOUGE Wrestling in timely fashion. Within 2 months of aligning everyone together the team of Royal and Sterling dethroned The Krazy Killer Klowns and became the GOUGE Tag Team Champions. With this deal Royal signed on to remain under the guidance of Sharkey and Destiny until the end of the year. In July Robert Royal (with Destiny Starr at his side since Neil Sharkey was vacationing in a disclosed location) suffered a neck injury in a match with Jimmy Jack Funk Jr. This injury sidelined Royal for the remainder of the year. Around this time Rex Sterling suffered a knee injury and was unable to find a replacement partner so this left no choice but for the tag team titles to be stripped from Royal and Sterling in the fall. During this time Royals mother had become ill and he took flight to Arizona to be by her side as she was eventually diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. For months Royal went into hiding, not to be heard from until recently. He addressed recently via video message that he has got several emails from friends and people he was surprised to hear from wishing his mother a good recovery and to beat the odds from the cancer she currently battles. Another issue he addressed was that Neil Sharkey has only emailed him on the count of resigning with Mid Atlantics Finest before the end of the year, never once asking about his mom. Royal also stated that he has received messages from Rob “The Boogie Woogie Man” McBride, the sound guy from GOUGE, and even other staff from GOUGE urging him to not resign with Sharkey. Royal has responded to Sharkey and McBride personally via video that he will have a answer for both of them and will give them their answer in the middle of the ring January 8th. Royal has stated in the videos he has had a lot of time to think, he is in the best shape of his life, hitting the gym on a daily basis, and that his neck is 100%. He has also left everyone to think on why he is coming to Wake Forest. He has alluded to confronting Rob McBride over unfinished business  to what he will say to the Lizard Lick Towing Crew and as well as will he confront Jimmy Jack Funk Jr on the 8th. He has made it clear to Neil Sharkey he gets his answer on the 8th and no sooner than that. We understand Sharkey is not happy but positive Royal is coming back to rejoin him. Robert Royal is “The King of Controversy” for a reason, we all know that. No matter what he decides..can he be trusted whether it is to Neil Sharkey and company or to “The Boogie Woogie Man” and the supporters who have emailed him on well wishes to his mom. Saturday will be the key onto what the future holds for Royal in GOUGE.
