Weight Loss/ Fitness Thread

I am currently in the process of trying to get into decent shape before heading to Atlanta.  Started in Nov. at 365lbs., now at 328lbs.  I have been walking a couple times a week and stopped drinking soda and fast food.  It sucks, but the results speak for themselves.
 
Just thought I would start a thread to see if any one else was intersted in contibuting.

I'm starting Crossfit tomorrow. I did a foundations class last week, and this is great stuff. It's the same form of workouts the guys in the movie 300 did (yes it was natural and not CGI).  
 
I'm starting out at 355 lbs.
I'm really cracking down on my diet. I can't quit drinking soda, because I haven't drank one since '96.

You may want to try Diamond Dallas Page's YRG. I'm proof it works. I lost 131 lbs in 7 months using it!

I actually started YRG two weeks ago.  It's kicking my butt, but its a great workout.

I've been trying to get to a Hot Yoga class. That's where they stick you in a 100 degree room, and then stretch you out.
