show opened with Impasario of Fun Count Grog selling off all his managerial contracts to Andre Adonisy.  GOUGE also had a moment of silence for GOUGE head Referee Clark Murtis who was getting married at that moment.
Frank Stalletto w/ Andre Adonisy beat Tavare Hill
Foxx beat Redman, Kid Williams (w/ Money Mike Fortune) and Vector in a 4 way match
Lou Marconi w/ Andre Adonisy beat Boogie Woogie Man Rob McBride after Frank Stalletto interfered and ko'ed McBride with a tag belt.
Seymour Snott beat Gluteus Maximas w/ the Snott Drop (afterward Glute demanded a rematch and Count Grog order a Roman Gladiator Death Match on the next show)
GOUGE Champion Sean Alexander battled Jimmy Jack Funk Jr to a double countout as both guys fought to the back, Count Grog ordered a rematch be a lumberjill match with the ring surrounded by the Carolina Rollergirls.
Damien Wayne defeated The Shooter Vordell Walker to win the North Carolina title in a bloody falls count anywhere match, that saw both guys battle into the crowd and Wayne backdrop Walker thru a table.
