I wrote Crowbar press asking if they would have Bill DeMott's book and if by chance he'd be there to sign it and this was his response.
 
Hi, Brad.  I will have plenty of copies of Bill's book at Fanfest.  He told me he's going to be there, but it won't be as a vendor.  He will be happy to sign any copies of his book anyone buys, though.  Just check with me at my table and I can let you know where he is at any specific time.  I'm not sure he'll be there all weekend due to his schedule with WWE, but he will be there some.  Thanks for the interest.
