As I do each year, I'd like to take a moment and thank you, the fans, for YOUR dedication to this year's event!
 
You realize that executing an event of this magnitute is no easy task and your patience is a virtue that will ALWAYS be welcomed!  I try to answer everyone's questions and solve all the problems I can during my four days with you.
 
Even though I am EXTREMELY busy at Fanfest, I want you to know it was a pleasure serving you this past weekend!  If you had a great time, I am proud knowing that I contributed (if even a small amount) to that.
 
If you had a bad experience, I had NOTHING to do with that!  
 
On a semi-related note, BIG props to the other members of Greg's staff.  I have to tell you, Fanfest is a machine and we all have our part.  If one area breaks, the whole thing could fall apart.  From the merchandise booth, to the print room, to the photo ops, to the autographs room, you all deserve a HUGE pat on the back.
