How about Bob Backlund?

I've always wanted to meet Bob but never got the chance. He was so drab in his interviews as WWF champ and as I read the magazines growing up, I always rooted for the monster heel to beat him. Then he re-invented himself with the Mr. Backlund character and had some really brilliant ("crazy")promos, who knew he had it in him?  Anyway, I know he was previously at fanfest (as pictured in John63's avatar), but think he would be a cool guest. Since this may be the last hurrah, just thought I would ask!  Roll Eyes

yes.  bob  was  awesome  when  he  was  there  as  vendor.  but  as  a  featured  guest  that  would  be  INCREDIBLE.  he  is  one  of  my  all  time  favorites.  PLEASE  bring  backlund  back  somebody.

Yeah, the chicken wing pic with Mr. Bob Backlund remains one of my favorites.  I'd have no problem with him being back.

I didn't even ask, I just stepped in for the shot and he grabbed it.  I wasn't complaining, as I said it's one of my favorites.
