2013 Fanfest Weekend Promises To Be Biggest & Best Ever,

The 2013 Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend, four huge days of fun featuring dozens of wrestling's legendary heroes and villains -- and a bevy of today's top superstars and future legends -- returns Thursday through Sunday, August 1-4, 2013 to the Hilton University Place Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.
 
Stars from the glory days of Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling converge on the Carolinas not only to renew old friendships but to rekindle old rivalries. Next year's fanfest will be our 11th reunion since we began back on Super Bowl weekend in 2004. In those eight years, we've had fans from 48 states and 12 foreign countries take part in our yearly gathering of old-school wrestling fans.
 
Next year's activities kickoff Thursday afternoon, August 1 with a pool party -- free and open to everyone -- including our first-ever cornhole tournament and lots of wet and wild fun for all ages!
 
Two very special Question-and-Answer sessions will take place on Thursday evening, allowing fans with VIP "All Access" passes an opportunity to ask questions in a candid, open format with a few of our honored guests. But you know that's not all...
 
Daytime festivities center around the Autograph Stage and Photo Ops. This is your chance to get your photo taken with and the autographs of dozens of featured wrestling legends. Very popular is an exhibit area with vendors offering any and every type wrestling memorabilia you can imagine. Some vendors will have "booth guests" offering additional autograph and photo opportunities.
 
Our sixth Hall of Heroes dinner banquet and awards ceremony takes place Friday night, August 2. Since it's inception five years ago, the Hall of Heroes dinner banquet and awards ceremony has quickly become a favorite part of our fanfest get-togethers.
 
A night of comedy and karaoke, another first for fanfest, will wrap things up on Friday evening. Some of wrestling's best will show off their comedic genius, and fans will have a chance to sing some classic hits with some of their wrestling idols.
 
Two huge live wrestling cards will be showcased, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Your VIP "All Access" Pass includes a reserved Ringside seat for BOTH!
 
VIP "All Access" Pass holders will have early admission each day, first access to all autograph signings and photo opportunities, exclusive admission to revealing Question-and-Answer sessions, and ringside seats to the live wrestling matches! Throw in a free fanfest weekend t-shirt and a VIP "All Access" Pass with neck lanyard and you have the VIP hookup!

VIPs will be getting an email by this Saturday with their VIP numbers for 2013. Those with numbers 45 and lower for 2012 will remain the same. All above that will improve.

i cant understand the jimmy jam replacement for blackjack makes no sence to me but i just question the change i do know blackjack has bad health issues but why not put race ,vader,of tony s in the main lineup i know james and terence knows whats best hope you have a great turnout

Vader is NOT our guest and just appeared last year.
Race is NOT ours eithers..  OUR CORE FAN BASE HAS ALREADY MET  THESE GUYS.
Tony is selling  too well on his own to ST him... It was our last resort had we not added another ST talent....  
 
You DO know Garvin has never done an event in the Northeast. and he has been highly requested for years.  out of our 100 ST holders maybe 10-15 of them are Charlotte customers. Everyone else needs him and hasnt met him.
