DICK SLATER and RODDY PIPER (C) wrestle to a DOUBLE COUNTOUT. Both men pole each other at the end of the match and end up fighting to the back. Patrick calls for the bell @ 12:04. (P)

OLE/ARN ANDERSON (C) w/GENE ANDERSON defeat SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM/NICK BUSICK after Arn catches a charging Busick with a hot shot. The younger Anderson executes a face first suplex, while Ole and Graham fight on the floor, @ 13:04.

BEST-OF-SEVEN FINAL (TIED 3-3)
MASKED SUPERSTAR (C) defeats MR. WRESTLING II with a cobra clutch @ 23:03. It takes two men to get the job done, though. Scrappy McGowan is hit by an elbow from Wrestling II. Buzz Sawyer comes in and piledrives II to the mat. 'Star applies his finisher and earns the shot against the AWA on October 13 GCW TV.
Sawyer is laughing, as he backs up the aisle.

RICKY RICKARD defeats TONY ZANE with a flying forearm @ 7:00.
MAD DOG BUZZ SAWYER defeats TIM HORNER by COUNTOUT @13:00, when it is dangerously obvious that Horner has not recovered from the Omni beatdown. Horner tries to mount the top turnbuckle with his face a crimson mask. He falls to the floor and can't make it back into the ring. HORNER IS CARRIED OUT ON A STRETCHER.
RIP TYLER defeats THE DREAM MACHINE w/SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK when Tyler executes a spinning neckbreaker @ 11:00. Dream had hit his head on a ringpost after missing a corner splash.

RON GARVIN defeats COWBOY RON BASS (C) w/SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK when Garvin knocks out Bass with a stiff right hand @ 18:34. The TV titme limit had expired @ 15:00. Garvin says he will have an announcement about the bullrope on the upcoming GCW TV program.

STEVE REGAL defeats RANDY ROSE with a flying body press @ 10:25.
NORVELL AUSTIN defeats SPIKE HUBER after a belly-to-belly and a handful of trunks @ 13:23.

Sir Oliver Humperdink comes out and helps The Dream Machine spike piledrive Tyler on the gym floor. After the pin @ 20:23, Graham and Busick come back out. They carry Tyler to the back, apologizing the whole way.
