Great series of house shows...That dirty, rotten Sawyer needs to stop cheating against my beloved II...Bobo fighting for his kid is a nice touch...Piper edges closer to a definitive advantage versus Slater...Great win for Atlas...Love seeing Apollo win, he was one of my favorites when we briefly got CWF in VA in '80-'81...SBG and Bass going 45 min.?  Holy crap!  Great work Johnny!

Gee, I thought Buzz was sorta well-behaved this week.  I'm wondering what a 1982 Ted Petty tips the Toledos at...I THINK he was pretty light compared with later.

Well IMO, posting 4 house shows does have the drawback of wondering which matches are more significant than others.  Which of course, also makes for a fun positive!  I think old Swede was winless last week, this week people are lining up to team with him!

Makes for quite a potpourri but the fans are getting fun shows with some novelty and variety.

I must echo SHAQ's sentiments.  A great string of house shows that will only enhance your TV show tremendously.  A quick note for all that participate in these fantasy federations, the normal environment for territories at this time (1982) was to mix and match the wrestlers from one show to the next.  Alot of fans nowadays voice their displeasure of seeing the same two guy fighting week-after-week (and only ONCE a week at that).  They don't realize that 25-30 years ago, some wrestlers would meet each other 5 or 6 DAYS in a row!

I am of the opinion that a good promoter will be able to keep the feuds fresh even with a string of house shows as that will show the local fans that (hopefully) tune in each week to watch your product.

In other words, great way to keep the fans all over your territory happy by bringing to them the stars they see each week on television.
