IMPORTANT HAPPENINGS FROM THIS SHOW
- Last week is recapped with a new television champion in Dale Mann after he defeated the Iranian Assassin. He will be defending tonight against “Nature Boy” Roger Kirby. More action and some amazing debuts are coming the fans way, so stay tuned.
*
- “Exotic” Adrian Street is out and issues a challenge to anyone from the back to come out and face him in the ring. He is not only the prettiest man in wrestling, but he has been the world junior champion. That is something he wants back and he will take on anyone who thinks they are man enough to defeat him. Berry O comes out and tells Street that he is man enough and the show is on.
*
- Ron Wright comes out and tells the fans at home that he has a surprise for everyone, bringing out the team of Pez Whatley & Porkchop Cash. He says he has heard that The Nightmares are on their way to ICW and when they get there, Cash and Pez will be waiting.
*
- Mark Fleming is out and issues a challenge to the winner of the television championship match tonight. He says he is trained by the great Lou Thesz and not only is he trained in wrestling, but how to be a champion. Whoever wins that television title tonight is on the radar of the most dangerous man in ICW.
*
- “The All American” Bob Roop comes out and says he should be surprised that the US champion The Sheik did not show up, but he isn’t. The Sheik is a coward and a paper champion, picking on those who cannot defend themselves. But soon enough, that will not be an issue. “The All American” will get his hands on the Sheik and when he does, the US title will be back in the hands of a real patriot.

IMPORTANT MATCHES FROM THIS SHOW
- Koko Ware defeats Ben Alexander after hitting a top rope missile dropkick
*
- Adrian Street defeats Berry O after catching him with a sleeper in a hard fought match.
*
- Mark Fleming defeats Ric McCord after using the Thesz Press for the pin.
*
- ICW Television Championship: Dale Mann (c) defeats “Nature Boy” Roger Kirby after Mann catches Kirby in the small package for the win. After the match, Mark Fleming comes out to the ring and stares down Mann, and the television title.
*
- “The All American” Bob Roop defeats The Iranian Assassin after catching him with the shoulder breaker.  As he celebrates in the ring, he is attacked from behind by the US heavyweight champion, The Sheik. A heinous attack leaves Roop a bloody mess on the ring after Sheik uses a chair to take Roop down, then a pencil to bloody Roop up. The carnage continues until the ring is swarmed by the likes of Lanny Poffo, George Weingroff, Paul Christy, and Hoot Gibson.

Man, Roop being attacked by The Sheik after that promo will put butts in the seats. Street and Berry O should be a good rivalry. Any team managed by Ron Wright has to be on the top. I am really excited about Flemming's push here, especially his endorsement by Thesz.

Great stuff.

Have to agree with macwfan1957 about Roop/Sheik feud.  I'll be watching to see how that plays out!  Also the TV Title picture also looks good.

Nice format for your show.  It looks familiar.  Hehe. Wink

Great TV!  Street could do big things here...Whatley/Cash is a team that could go far...Young Fleming could be trouble for Mann...Roop/Sheik is going to be a good feud with a clash of styles...Mann looked great against Kirby...Fantastic work Cory!

Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience!

I like what I see of the roster so far.  Some real-life rivalry and fantasy possibities are both there.  Using Roop & Sheik is a strong way to move ahead.

Speaking of The Sheik, being a paper champion - as a "free agent", he travels with a "US Heavyweight" strap from no particular territory?

A good concept which I need to know by December!

What I REALLY like is the style / format used here.  It is VERY effective and takes the best from other styles.  An easy & fun read, I think you've hit on something with it.
