ICW Television Taped in Lexington, Kentucky, in the WTVQ Studios on: Thursday October 25th 1982 Aired: Saturday October 27th at 12 Noon Announcers: Edgar Wallace, Tim Tyler, John Back, Don Pruitt Referees: Sam Diamond aka Jack Barnett, Jim Davis, Emmitt Couch, George Hill Important Happenings From The Show ~ Mark Fleming comes out and reiterates his challenge from last week. He wants Dale Mann in the ring this week to defend the television title against him. Last week he made his intentions known and this week it will all come to fruition. Dale Mann must defend the tv title or forever be known as not a man. ~ “Exotic” Adrian Street is out, saying that last week Berry “O” tried his hardest, but it was not good enough. This week however, he wants another man come out and be beaten. Paul Christy comes to reply, saying he is more of a man than Street can ever want to handle, and the match is on. ~ A V.T.R. is played. It shows two wrestlers, sitting down, hands in the air at chest height, chanting as a hooded figure is standing in front of them. The Hooded figure says that soon, his team of the Devil’s Duo will be in the ICW and when they come, all that is holy, all that is good, will never be again. ~ The Boogie Woogie Men are out and ecstatic. Two weeks ago they defeated Lanny Poffo & George Weingroff, one, two , three, in the middle of the ring. This week they have this team of Koko Ware & Hoot Gibson. Then, they want those valiant champions, Tojo Yamamoto & Gypsy Joe in the ring for a title shot. When asked about Poffo & Weingroff getting revenge, Danny Fargo says that Poffo & Weingroff are old news and that the Boogie Woogie Men are the future of ICW. ~ “Gentleman” Saul Weingroff is out with the U.S. champion, The Sheik. Weingroff says that last week this “All American” Bob Roop learned what it would be like to have The Sheik’s attention. That is something he does not advise doing again because once The Sheik smells blood, his bloodlust will never subside. Bob Roop was the first victim. This week there will be another, then another, then another. Important Matches From The Show ~ Ben Alexander defeats Ric McCord after delivering a solid bodyslam ~ “Exotic” Adrian Street defeats Paul Christy after catching Christy in the sleeper ~ Television Championship: Dale Mann (c) wrestles to a 15 minute time limit draw against Mark Fleming ~ The Boogie Woogie Men defeat Koko Ware & Hoot Gibson via DQ after Lanny Poffo & George Weingroff rush the ring in a revenge attack from two weeks ago. Fargo & Reeves laugh all the way to the back as they escape through the crowd. ~ U.S. Heavyweight Championship: The Sheik (c) w/ “Gentleman” Saul Weingroff defeats Ron Sexton after brutalizing the poor guy, busting him open and just generally destroying Sexton. The threat of a DQ stops the carnage finally.
