Jerry Grey/Tony Zane defeat Nick DeCarlo/Ricky Rickard when Rickard misses a top rope elbow and Zane counters with a butterfly suplex @ 7:49.

The Cheetah Kid defeats The Super Inferno with a victory roll @ 8:21.

Roberto Soto defeats Karl Von Shotz w/Sir Oliver Humperdink with a flying forearm @ 9:00.

Nick Busick/Tony Atlas vs. Paul Orndorff/The Dream Machine w/Sir Oliver Humperdink
Atlas and The Total Package end up wrestling a singles match here. They fight all the way to the back after Atlas smashes the Mickey Mouse watch he got from Orndorff on TV over Paul’s head. Later, Busick catches Dream with a heart punch after the masked man misses a corner splash @ 13:03.

AWA World Heavyweight Championship
Wahoo McDaniel © vs. Ronnie Garvin
Garvin ducks a flying chop from McDaniel late in this tough bout. The champ hits his throat on a ring rope. Garvin catches Wahoo with a forearm/fist combo. The fans are on their feet for a World Title change. Garvin mounts the top rope for a fist drop. He is so focused he doesn’t hear the crowd. Sir Oliver Humperdink comes down to rally McDaniel. Wahoo obviously doesn’t know about this and Weathers goes over, as well. El Gran Apollo sneaks around to the other side and pushes Garvin off the top. Wahoo throws the challenger with a belly-to-belly suplex @ 26:37.

Wahoo leaves on one side of the arena. Hump and Apollo leave on the other. Garvin is enraged when he gets up.
