Russell: Yeeeeeellllllloooooo again and we welcome you to another exciting edition of Championship Wrestling. Heeeeeeyyyy what a busy week we have had and what a great show we have lined up for ya. Davey, I guess we better start with these cotton pickin fliers we found all over the place when we got here this morning.
Brown: Lance, the only thing we can call them are bounty posters. They say that someone will pay $5,000 to anyone who injures The King or takes his International Title. Now, it doesn’t say who is posting this money, but with the wording, I believe it’s pretty obvious that our AWA World Champion is involved. Lance is with The King right now.
Russell: Weeeeeellllll Jerry, I’m speechless that someone would be this lowdown as to offer money to hurt you or take your Title.
Lawler: Lance, let’s just call it like it is. The AWA World Champion has put a bounty on my head. I thought the Chief was more respectable than that, but obviously I was wrong. As you know, this isn’t the first time I have had a bounty on my head, but it is the first time the World Champion has done it. In my opinion, it is the most classless act a World Champion has ever committed. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I have Wahoo’s number. Last Monday I had him pinned again until Savage came in and he and Wahoo spike piledrived me. Lance, every time we meet, Wahoo manages to knock down the referee. There has to be a way of stopping that. I only have one chance left to win the AWA World Title. That match is New Year’s Eve, December 31st. If I don’t win it then, I will retire. I just hope that I can get a fair chance against Wahoo and not get screwed out of the Title again. And now, I have to have eyes in the back of my head with this bounty. Lance, these next few weeks are going to be interesting indeed.
Russell: King, you know we are with you. Be careful and watch out for all the crrrrrrrrazies out here. Heeeeeeeyyyyy let’s go to ring for our first match.

The Fabulous Ones def. Bill White & Bill Howard when Stan hits White with a reverse kick
Russell: Joining me now arrrrrrrrrre the Fabs, Steve & Stan. Guys, that was an impressive win. Guys, I know you know, but the fans haven’t heard, we have NEW AWA World Tag Team Champions! On December 2, Adrian Adonis & Jessie Ventura defeated Jack & Jerry Brisco in Chicago. (A VTR shows the Title change). Guys, the new Champs will be coming here on December 31st to face the Southern Tag Team Champions. We will have news next week on the tournament to crown new Southern Tag Team Champions. What would winning the tournament and facing the new Champions mean to you?
Steve: Lance, ever since we started teaming, we have wanted to be World Champions. Winning the tournament for the Southern Titles would make us number one contenders for Adonis & Ventura. This is our chance and we believe we are good enough to be AWA World Champions. Stan and I are ready and with the good people of Memphis behind us, I don’t think anyone can stop us. Right Stan?
Lane: That’s right Steve. We have worked long and hard to make ourselves one of the best tag teams in the world and we are so ready to take that next step. Adonis & Ventura are a great team, but I believe there is no team in wrestling that is better than us. The key to getting them in the ring though is winning the Southern Title tournament. That is going to be tough, with teams like the Assassins, Fire & Flame, the Gilberts, and many other teams around. Winning that tournament is first and foremost on our minds. Lance, I believe we can do it and the great fans believe we can as well.
Russell: Stan, Steve, we all believe you can do it! Good luck to you both. Fans, as you know, last week, Dutch Mantell was viciously attacked by this weirdo Kendo Nagasaki and had that venomous green mist spewed into his eyes. This week, we went to visit the Dutchman in the hospital and gave him the news that Tux Newman has been suspended indefinitely for that attack. Here is the VTR of our visit.
Mantell: (Eyes covered in gauze and in a low voice) Lance, thank you for coming to visit me here. I have had many friends visit me since that no good Jap spit in my eyes. Jerry Lawler, Austin Idol, Tommy Rich, Dream Machine, Jimmy Valiant, Bill Dundee, the Fabs, Tommy & Eddie Gilbert have all come by and I thank them for their friendship and support. You asked me earlier about when I can expect to get my eyesight back and honestly, I don’t know. The doctors say that it may be tomorrow or it may be never. It’s way too early to tell. But, whether I get my eyesight back or not, I want Kendo Nagasaki. I want him in the ring whether I can see or not. Now, I know that sounds crazy, but I am deadly serious. Even blind I can beat him. Jerry Jarrett and Eddie Marlin say they won’t let it happen if I am completely blind, but I am going to find a way to get my revenge against that goof. I do want to thank all of the fans for the cards and letters that have been read to me and I want to say I love you all and if it’s the last thing I do, I will be back! (VTR ends).
Russell: I have never seen the Dutchman so determined. Let’s go to the rrrrrring.

Russell: The Superstarrrrrrr is here. Billy, last week you were jumped by Hart’s thugs right here on TV. What in the world is going on around here?
Dundee: Lancer, it seems that them bad boys just want some attention. Maybe their dear old mums never paid em any. So, now we got bounties, green mist, sneak attacks and all of that. Well Lancer, you know me. I ain’t never backed down from a good fight daddy. Hart get yer boys ready, I’ll take em all on one at a time. And I got good friends like Handsome and Dream Machine if ya wanna go that way. But Hart let me tell ya this, when I’m done with them big ol’ boys of yers, I want you in the ring one on one. I wanna show ya just how it feels to be me when ya send yer boys ta do yer dirty work. And who knows Lancer, I may even shut him up fer once. Ya know what Lancer, let’s not wait. I want one of Hart’s creeps right here on TV today. Makes no difference ta me which one it is. I just wanna fight one of em daddy. You give em that message fer me ok?
Russell: (As Dundee leaves) I wiiiiiiiiilll let em know Billy. Heeeeeeyyyyy fans, we have our next match in the rrrrrrrrring!

Russell: Actually Bart, he’s Cuban.
BART: CUBAN! CUBAN! THAT’S EVEN WORSE! HE’S A DAGGUM COMMIE! I’M GETTING BACK IN THAT RING AND I WANT A REMATCH RIGHT NOW!
Russell: Well Bart, Apollo is motioning for you to climb through the ropes!

Russell: Sooooooooo, where is Hart?
Assassin 1: Mr. Russell, where Mr. Hart is is none of your concern. He will be here later. As for now, the First Family is very interested in this offer of $5,000 to injure or defeat Lawler for the International Title. One man in particular. Mr. Savage has volunteered to rid wrestling of Lawler and bring the $5,000 to the Family. As for Bill Dundee, we accept his challenge for a match today. His opponent will be the Memphis Spoiler. Dundee, I wouldn’t blame you for chickening out, because we all know you have always been a chicken and we will prove that today. Earlier, we heard Lane & Keirn out here acting as though they are just going to waltz through every team in the Southern Tag Team Title tournament. Gentlemen, you will have to go through the Assassins in order to reach your goal. And when we meet, the Assassins will win the tournament and face Adonis & Ventura on New Year’s Eve. Mr. Savage, I’m sure you have words for Mr. Lawler.
Savage: Words for Lawler? OH YEAH-YA I GOT WORDS FOR THE QUEEN! WORDS FOR THE QUEEN INDEED, UH HUH. Lawler, you have had enough chances for the AWA World Title. It’s time for new challengers. Men like the Macho Man, oh yeah-ah, the MACHO MAN! LAWLER, YOUR TIME IS UP, DIG IT! YOUR TIME IS UP, UH HUH! WATCH YOUR BACK QUEENIE, THE MACHO MAN IS AFTER YOU! OHHHHHHHHHHH YEAH-YA! DIG IT! (The First Family leaves the set).
Russell: Heeeeeere is the Wildfire, Tommy Rich.
Rich: Lance, it’s getting crazy round here! Ah find it hard to bahlieve that thah man that helped me start in this business has put a bounty on Jerry Lahwlah, anotha man that helped get me started. Tha Wahoo Ah know wouldn’t do that. Dutch Mantell is layin in a hospital blind. Bill Dundee is gettin targeted. And that crazy Buzz Sawyah keeps jumpin me from behind. It’s crazy Lance! And now, we have tah get just as crazy. Monday Night, I want Buzz Sayah again, in a street fight! Jeans, Boots, anything goes! Just me and Sawyah. It’s time Wildfar takes out tha Mad Dog.
Russell: (As Rich enters the ring) Wooooooaaaahhhhh, Tommy, be careful with that animal.

Valiant: (Before Lance can even welcome him) Woah, have mercy Lance Russell! Handsome Jimmy feelin mighty good! Listen to all my beautiful people daddy! They love Handsome and the Dream baby! But, there are some bad men tryin to bring Handsome down. People want Kingfish hurt. Dutchman is blind. The First Family is is goin after Kingfish’s friends. Well, lemme tell ya somethin. We won’t stand for it! This means war! Monday Night, Me, Phil Hickerson, and the Superstar have the Assassins & the Memphis Spoiler and we gonna put a whopping on Hart’s boys! Dream, tell em what’s on your mind.
Dream: Hallelujah! Handsome speaks the truth baby. Times are getting hard, but we will not crumble to the threats of these evil doers! Monday Night, I’m gonna get revenge for my good friend, Dutch Mantell, when I take on Kendo Nagasaki. You blinded Dutch, but I’m ready for your spttin, spewin, and sprayin and any other games you’re playin! I’m ready to juke and jive, shuffle and slide, fight like a tiger for the Dutchman’s pride. Russell: Heeeeeereeeee’s the Nature Boy, Ric Flair.
Flair: Lance Russell, do you how good it feels to be the Nature Boy? Of course not, but let me tell you. Being Ric Flair means you are the greatest at what you do. I am the best dresser, the best looking, the best wrestler, and as far as the ladies are concerned, well, I’m the best at that too. Austin idol tries, but he falls way short of the Nature Boy and that Southern Title is getting closer and closer to being mine. Idol, shine up that belt real good. Soon, it’s gonna be mine! Woooooooooooooooo!
Match 5
Bill Dundee vs The Memphis Spoiler w/Jimmy Hart
Hart brings a large bag with him to ringside. After a slow start, Dundee starts dominating the match. Randy Savage and the Assassins hit the ring. There is a four-on-one beatdown on Dundee until he is sprawled out on the floor. Lance calls for help from the back, but Hart has lodged a broomstick in the double handle of the door, stopping any potential help for Dundee dead in their tracks. Hart reaches in the bag and pulls out a jar of molasses. He pours the contents on Dundee and covers the Superstar from head to toe. Next, Hart pulls out two pillows and Savage and the Assassins rip the pillows open and feathers are dumped all over the sticky Dundee. Hart screams something about Dundee being a chicken. Russell walks over and pulls the broom out of the door allowing Lawler, Rich, Valiant, and Dream to come to Dundee’s rescue. Ladies and gentlemen, BILL DUNDEE HAS BEEN TARRED AND FEATHERED!
Dave Brown closes the show as Russell helps Dundee.
