NWA Mountaineer Wrestling 12 22 82 Weaver vs Fargo

In the main event for the vacant Mountain States Heavyweight Title, Dangerous Don Fargo squared off against Johnny Weaver. Fargo fussed at the fans all the way to the ring while Weaver came out and was cheered by the fans. Fargo used an array of rulebreaker tactics, but Johnny countered and locked up the wild veteran several times. Weaver was able to snare Fargo in a sleeper hold but Fargo countered by ramming Johnny’s head into the ring post between the top and second turnbuckles. With Weaver stunned Fargo used a school boy pin and a hand full of tights to get the win and the belt at 13:46.
 
In other bouts…
-      Harley Davidson defeated The Great Kubuki in 12:30.  
-      Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson defeated Juan Reynosa and Joel Deaton in 8:33.
-      Tracy Smothers defeated Al Snow in 7:50.
-      Wally Kernodle defeated Tom Lintz in 8:00.

Seems like a short show.  Less than an hour of in ring action.  
 
But the card looked good however.

And one day those fans will look back and say "Wow!  I remember seeing the Rock & Roll Express in little ole Fisherville when they were still small time!"

Nice promotion within a promotion. Really dig the name. LOL.We now know what Weaver was up to. Hoping to see some more good stuff from Davidson. Smothers and Snow are perfect here.
