Jan 4th, 2013, 8:28am

Americus High School Gymnasium
Americus, Georgia January 3, 1983 7 PM
Referee: Nick Patrick

The Masked Mauler defeats The Cheetah Kid with a bent knee backbreaker @ 7:50

Mike Doggendorff defeats Joel Deaton after Deaton misses an elbow drop from the middle rope. Doggendorff throws a wicked flying clothesline and gets the pin @ 9:00.

Jerry Oates and Karl Von Shotz wrestle to a bloody DOUBLE COUNTOUT @ 8:11.

Oates ends up on the worst end. Von Shotz runs Jerry’s head into a ring post. Oates is busted open and Von Shotz applies a claw on the floor. He won’t break it. Mike Doggendorf comes out and forces the break. The German is upset.

Randy Rose/Norvell Austin defeat Sweet Brown Sugar/Wendell Cooley when the third member of ME, INC, Rip Rogers gets involved. Sugar and Austin crack heads on a double flying body press. Rogers puts a piece of metal into Sugar’s mask. He calls the attention of Patrick to it. Nick falls for the ruse. The ref confronts Sugar and Cooley. Rose tags in and school boys Sweets, grabbing tights on the pin, @ 12:33.

******INTERMISSION******

Georgia Heavyweight Title
Dick Slater © vs. Kurt Von Hess w/Sir Oliver Humperdink

Von Hess is not as successful as his partner was earlier. Humperdink clobbers the challenger on a reversed Irish whip late. Slater rebounds with a piledriver for the win @ 14:07.

National Heavyweight Title
Masked Superstar © vs. Cowboy Ron Bass w/Sir Oliver Humperdink

Bass attempts to capitalize on his recent success against Superstar Graham here. It doesn’t come together. Bass hurts the back of The Superstar throughout the match. The champ is set up for a bulldog at the 20-minute mark. The champ sucks it up and fires Bass into the turnbuckles. Off the rebound, the masked man hits a side suplex. Even though he is holding his back when he goes in, MS applies the cobra clutch to defend the belt with a win @ 23:04.

Good card with Superstar/Bass carrying it...Slater with a good Title defense...I'm starting to give up on Sugar, he can't catch a break...Good stuff!

Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience!
