Von Shotz misses a knee drop in the turning point of the match. After some double teaming, Jack clamps on a figure four for the submission @ 13:29. (P)

DiBiase has MS in the cobra hold but the champ is starting to break it. Dillon panics and trips Superstar. It backfires. DiBiase hits a turnbuckle pad and falls back into a back suplex and a float over pin @ 25:00. (W)

Ron Bass w/Sir Oliver Humperdink vs. jerry Brisco
Bass scores a win over one-half of the National Tag Champs here. The Cowboy rolls through a Brisco flying body press and pulls the tights for the tainted win @ 10:33.
Dory Funk, Jr vs Mike Rotundo w/James J. Dillon
Rotundo pays attention to a jeering crowd and pays the price. He misses a top rope leg drop. Funk counters with a spinning toe hold for the submission @ 13:00.

Tony Atlas/Mr. Wrestling II vs. Paul Orndorff/ Jim Duggan w/James J. Dillon
Duggan loads his elbow pad with an object from Dillon late. Orndorff pushes Duggan away from a million dollar knee lift. Duggan smashes the legend with a flying elbow and pins II @ 19:01.

Mike Doggendorf vs. Kurt Von Hess
Doggendorf brings out a University of Kentucky helmet to remember what the Germans did to him on TV. It turns out to be a not-so-good move. Von Hess clobbers Doggendorff with the gear, when Von Shotz comes out to distract McGowan. Von Hess pins the youngster @ 8:33.
Dory Funk, Jr vs. Ted DiBiase w/James J. Dillon
Both men hurt the knee of the other. When Funk goes in for the spinning toe hold later, DiBiase cradles him because of the pain. Dillon holds Funk down, as well, giving the victory to Ted @ 13:55.
National Heavyweight Title
Masked Superstar © vs. Mike Rotundo w/James J. Dillon
Dillon screws up and hits Rotundo by accident. The Syracuse grad falls into a belly-to-back suplex for the title defense pin @ 16:39.
Ted DiBiase comes out and knocks out the champ with a black gloved sucker punch. The crowd pelts the Viper Gold members with trash on the way out. The PA announcer tells the crowd not to do that.

Jack/Jerry Brisco vs. Ron Bass/Black Bart w/Sir Oliver Humperdink
The Long Riders end up getting DQ’ed here but they don’t seem to care. Bass hits Jerry with a blatant cowbell shot @ 17:44. Bart and Hump tie Jack in the ropes. Jerry is bloodied until security clears the ring.

Steve Olsonoski/Sweet Brown Sugar vs. Rip Rogers/Norvell Austin w/Randy Rose
Sugar and Olsonoski take this one when Austin misses a diving head butt on Olsonoski. Steve tags in Sweets and shoots him off the top with a rocket launcher. Austin is pinned @ 8:49.

Randy Rose © vs. Jack Brisco
Rose misses a fist drop with a chain when the vet Brisco moves. Jack kicks the chain away after Rose throws it off in pain. A fisherman’s suplex follows and the Oklahoma native wins the match but not the title @ 16:11.
Rose slumps to the back, the belt over his shoulder.
Tony Atlas vs. Jim Duggan w/James J. Dillon
The former Atlanta Falcon Duggan misses a three point tackle and tumbles through the ropes to the floor. Tony clamps on a full nelson submission, making Duggan pass out @ 14:48.
******INTERMISSION******
Mr. Wrestling II vs. Paul Orndorff w/James J. Dillon
During the match, Dillon takes off a turnbuckle cover. Wrestling II catches Orndorff with a hot shot, driving the head of the former University of Tampa star into the metal. The million dollar knee lift catches a stunned Orndorff and gives the masked man the W @ 21:04.
