1ST MATCH OF THE EVENING
“Lightning” Larry Hamilton forces Joe Cagle to submit to the abdominal stretch.

Dennis Ashley interviews the unbeaten Larry Hamilton who is joined by Big Red Reese. Big Red talks about visiting his people in the homeless shelters and the nursing homes. He says hello to all of the shut-ins and says his thoughts and prayers are always with the less fortunate viewers who aren’t able to get out to the arena’s. Rev is looking forward to the World Heavyweight Championship match where he hopes his good friend the King gives John Tolos exactly what he deserves. Reese then talks about being impressed with Larry Hamilton especially in Hamilton’s matches against Murder Inc. Rev then asks Hamilton if he will accept him as a tag-team partner and challenge Murder Inc. next week for the titles right here on TV. Hamilton is honored to take on Big Red as a tag-team partner any time and any place to bring down Murder Inc. and bring the tag-team titles back to the people.

2ND MATCH OF THE EVENING
Murder Inc. (Don Kent and Richard Charland) with Eddie “the Brain” Creatchman defeated Ric McCord and Ken Juggan.

McCord turns in a great performance and has the Bulldog on the ropes before tagging in Juggan. Juggan nearly trips across the bottom rope (something he seemed to do in every WWF match) and Kent seizes this opportunity to grab the advantage. Kent and Charland punish Juggan before Charland puts the West Virginian away with the jumping piledriver.

Dennis Ashley interviews Murder Inc. Don Kent says that it looks like everybody wants a piece of Murder Inc. and they are going to have to make a major statement in order to be taken seriously.

Eddie “the Brain” Creatchman claims that his champions are being disrespected but that that is going to end in the very near future. Ashley asks the Brain about Big Red and Larry Hamilton and Creatchman replies that they will accept the challenge of any team to prove that they are indeed the very best tag-team in professional wrestling.
Don Kent says that they are going to send a message that will be heard around the world. It started with this punk kid today and will continue with Nelson Royal and Ron Sexton in Cleveland.

We’ll be back with our big Main Event.

MAIN EVENT – TV Championship Match – Lumberjack Match
8 lumberjacks including John Tolos, Big Red, Larry Hamilton, Buddy Wayne, Joe Cagle, Ric McCord, Gino Brito, and Nick Busick surround the ring.
Fred Curry defeated Dr. Jerry Graham, Jr. to win the TV title. Graham tried to use John Tolos to his advantage but Big Red and Nick Busick were able to keep Tolos from doing as much damage to the challenger as the champion would have liked. Curry hits Graham, Jr. with a series of quick dropkicks to daze the champion and allow the home town hero to pick up the win. The people now have a champion that they can be proud to represent them.
Dennis Ashley interviews Fred Curry who is being congratulated by the good lumberjacks. Curry first thanks the fans for all of their support and says that he will look forward to representing them as their TV Champion.

Jack Reynolds and Terry Sullivan run down the lineups for Cleveland’s big show before introducing a highlight video of Jerry “the King” Lawler set to “Nobody Does It Better” to close out the show.

Now, Curry is the hunted with that TV title. Murder, Inc. scares me with that "making a statement" verbiage. I hope it doesn't come at the expense of Hamilton or Red. McCord continues to impress.
