 The matches are taped at the Coliseo de Catano in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Wednesday January 9th 1983 and broadcasted on throughout Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago via WAPA TV on January 13th 1983  
     
  The show opens to the instrumental of Herbie Hancock’s Rock It with videos of Tiger Jeet Singh, Mr. Canada, The Invaders, The Assassins, Chicky Starr, Hercules Alaya Jack Venneo, El Gran Apollo, NWA World Light Heavyweight Champion Chris Adams, NWA World Tag Team Champions Rick Steamboat and Jay Youngblood, NWA World Heavyweight Champion David Von Erich and ending up with the North American Champion and the pride of Puerto Rico CARLOS COLON!!!
 
Hugo and Rickin welcome the fans to this week’s episode and they have to start out on a sad note.  After the attack by Kamala and The Great Kabuki Hercules Alaya has two fractured ribs.  He is also not seeing clearly out of his left eye.  Carlos Colon faired only slightly better walking away with bruised ribs and a bruised sternum.  He fortunately did not have trouble with his eyesight after the attack from Kamala and Kabuki.  Today we will hear from Barbaras and his see his crew in action.  Also here at the interview table will be Carlos Colon with a message for those men.  The NWA World Heavyweight Champion will be in action as well as former champion Harley Race.  Chicky Starr will put his Caribbean Championship against Frankie Laine and to start things off we have the North American Tag Team Champions in the ring.

The Samoans get some offense in against the champs but after the Assassins corner Tapu and double team him for a 4 minutes, the match ends with a body slam/elbow smash combo for the win.  
 
Hugo and Rickin are at ringside with Jack Venneo.  Venneo says that he has something that very few men have, a win over Bruiser Brody.  Hugo points out that it was by count out after Harley Race interfered.  Venneo says that next week he will wrestle Race on TV and get a victory over him.  Venneo is convinced that he is next in line for David Von Erich and he will be watching David in his match today.  Hugo and Rickin shake their head wish the dreamer Jack good luck against Harley next week and says that the NWA World Heavyweight Champion will be next on SUPER ESTRELLAS OF LUCHA LIBRE!!!

We come back to David Von Erich with Hugo and Rickin and ringside.  David says that he has defending the title throughout the NWA and he has been fighting hard every night.  Whoever he faces, be it Harley Race or Steve Lawler tonight, everyone brings there A game.  His dad said it would be tough and he was right.  Hugo and Rickin thank David for his time as he goes to the ring for the next contest.

Lawler pulls out every stop he can, but falls short to the World Champion, when the champ hooks on the iron claw at the eight minute mark and Lawler passes out.  
 
The Puerto Rican crowd goes wild as a sore but angry Carlos Colon comes out to speak.  He apologizes to his friend Hercules Alaya, admitting that he didn’t watch his back.  He then swears that he will gain revenge for he and Alaya against Kabuki, Kamala and that runt Barbaras.  He has a surprise, a huge surprise for them.  Mr. Jovica has agreed for the big card on February 10th.  He and his partner will take on Kabuki and Kamala.  Since he isn’t sure that Hercules Alaya will be back by then, he has set up a suitable replacement, a huge replacement.  Colon chuckles and says that Barbaras and his wrestlers need to watch out.
Hugo and Rickin tell the fans that Harley Race is up next on SUPER ESTRELLAS OF LUCHA LIBRE!!

Harley Race is at ringside with Hugo and Rickin.  He says that he has never has such a laugh as when Jack Venneo said he was going to beat him.  Venneo couldn’t beat Harley on his best day and Harley’s worst.  Harley is going to wipe the mat with Ted Heath and show Venneo and Bruiser Brody what it is like to be in the ring with the best.  Hugo thanks Harley as he goes into the ring for the next contest.

Harley and Ted have a great match with Harley finishing off Heath with a diving headbutt off of the top rope for the pin and the win.

Harley Race and Bruiser Brody will face off in a no disqualification match
Carlos Colon and his mystery partner will face The Great Kabuki and Kamala managed by Barbaras
The North American Tag Team Champions the Assassins will face the Invaders
Caribbean Champion Chicky Starr will face Mr. Canada.  If Mr. Canada loses he must unmask and leave the WWC.  If Chicky Starr loses he loses the title and his hair.
Other wrestlers in action that day will be Baron Mikel Siculna, El Grand Apollo and Hurracan Castillo
Rickin tells the folks watching to call the box office today to make sure that they get the best seats.  The team of Kamala and The Great Kabuki will be next on SUPER ESTREALLAS OF LUCHA LIBRE!!!!

Barbaras comes to the ringside for a quick word with Hugo and Rickin, showing his sarcastic side in worrying about Hercules Alaya and begging for Colon to bring his partner out.  Barbaras follows his two men into the ring and the next contest begins.

Drake and Kane are having a hard time with Barbaras’ team.  While Kamala has pectoral nerve lock on Kane Colon and his partner hit the ring… and the crowd, announcers, nay the whole island of Puerto Rico is surprised to see Carlos Colon fighting with…
 
ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER!!!!
 
Abby and Carlos fight surprising well together, and Abby has his plunder out and is carving into Kamala’s head.  Kabuki grabs a chair and clears the ring, saving Kamala.  Barbaras and his crew are staring at the odd couple of Colon and Abdullah as SUPER ESTRALLAS OF LUCHA LIBRE goes to break.

Hugo and Rickin welcome the fans back and watch a replay of Abdullah and Carlos fighting together against Barbaras.  Chicky Starr is with them and he is shocked to say the least.  He knew Carlos had a surprise be he would have never thought of that.  Carlos needs to watch his back.  Chicky says that he will be happy to finally get rid of Mr. Canada, send him back to the great white north and prove to the world that he is Tony Parisi.  Hugo and Rickin throw it to the ring for the final contest on SUPER ESTRELAAS OF LUCHA LIBRE.
