Tim Tall Tree defeated the masked Mr. New York following a flying tomahawk chop.
 
Rocky Tom Stone pinned Crusher Cortez following a high knee to the chest as Cortez came off the ropes.
 
Ric McCord defeated Bob Brown following a Thesz Press
 
SPECIAL TAG-TEAM ATTRACTION
Big Red and “Lightning” Larry Hamilton defeated Dr. Death and John Tolos. Rev Reese finished the Maniac off with the Holy Ghost Splash.
 
MIDWEST HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Kurt Von Hess defeated Cowboy Bobby Colt after kicking Colt in the head with what appeared to be a loaded boot to become the new Midwest Heavyweight Champion.

A loaded boot and that claw could make it real tough to unseat Von Hess. Love Tolos being here but I really dig the Holy Ghost Splash finisher. Great push for Hamilton.

I never knew that Von Hess - one of my favorites - used the claw until I read it here. When I saw him he was using the hangman's neckbreaker as his finisher.
The truth about the boot will be revealed in the very near future.
