-      Southern Heavyweight Champ Greg Valentine tells Gordon that he’s going to remind that coward Barry Windham exactly why he’s been out of the ring for almost a month by beating up some stiff later on today. “I want you to think very hard Windham. See what I do to this yellow dog and know that what happens to him is waiting for you.”
 
-      King Curtis Iaukea has with him the Missing Link and Mr. Pogo and he tells Buddy that, “My agents of destruction, they will take apart Butch Reed and then next Wednesday night in Palm Beach, one of them will be the new Florida Heavyweight Champion
 
-      Mark Rocco tells Barbara that he’s ready to put the clown Bill Ash in his place. “You want to prove you can match up with the best that Great Britain has to offer? Well Ash, Wednesday night, I’ll make you live up to your name because I’m gonna burn you down and stomp on your charred remains. You don’t go after the King of the Ring. You don’t challenge the highest of the high. If there is a top Junior Heavyweight in Florida, it isn’t you Yank. It’s me.”
 
-      Kevin Sullivan tells Buddy that Jake Robert’s silence shows something that the Snake will never admit: fear. “Jake Roberts ain’t here Buddy because he knows what is coming for him Wednesday night. He knows that when we settle things under brass knuckles rules, his scrawny, back woods Georgia backside can’t keep up with a bad man from Boston. I’ve had to use brass knuckles before in fights Roberts. I know how to use them and how to hurt people doing it. You, you can play mind games with someone else. I’ve used them all before. You are a weak copy of me Roberts. Except I am a man that can stand on my own. You, well Wednesday night, you’ll hardly be able to stand at all when I’m done with you.”
 
-      The Florida Tag Team Champions Bob Sweetan and Mike George tell Gordon that they’ve heard the Malenkos running their mouths and are going to put a stop to it. “Old Boris says that Mike and I can’t be champions because we can’t work as a team. And in one respect, Boris Malenko is right. I can’t stand Mike George and he hates my guts just as much. But the one thing we hate more than each other is losing. And Malenko, if you think your snot nosed brats are gonna take this title belt from around my waist, well I’ll show them just why I’m called Mr. Pile Driver.”

-      The Garvin Brothers, with Boy Tony and “Professor” Bill Ash at ringside defeat “Squire” Dave Taylor and “Gentleman” Jim Breaks after Ron decks a battered Taylor after Terry pummeled Breaks with the Garvin stomp. After the match, Ash delivered a few extra kicks to Breaks and Taylor before Mark Rocco charged in with a steel chair.
 
-      The Missing Link defeats Pete Doherty with a powerful scoop slam.
 
-      Former Arizona Tag champions “Macho Man” John Ringer and Hercules Stevenson defeat Omar Atlas and Terry Orndorff after Stevenson traps Atlas into a swinging full nelson.
 
-      Florida TV Champion Brett Sawyer defeats Assassin #3 after catching the more muscular of the Assassins with a side Russian leg sweep.
 
-      Southern Heavyweight Champion Greg Valentine falls to the masked man called the Yellow Dog after the Dog delivered a flying lariat to a staggered Valentine. After scoring the fall, the Yellow Dog rolled out of the ring and pulled his mask off to reveal… BARRY WINDHAM!!!! The NWA had refused to sanction any match with Windham until he had been cleared by a doctor and now, he’s beaten the Southern Heavyweight Champion!!!!

What will follow Windham getting in the ring with Valentine could be real interesting. Nice to see Stevenson and Ringer with a win. Rocco may have just the arrogance it takes to beat Ash. Chilling promo from Sullivan.
