The American Wrestling Association presents MID SOUTH WRESTLING. Giving Mississippi, Louisiana Oklahoma and Arkansas the absolute best in professional wrestling. As we highlights of classic Mid South action over the voice over we fade to Boyd and the Cowboy. Boyd welcomes the fans, next to him the Cowboy and they have a HUGE main event for the fans this week. It will be the lighter in the pocketbook Gary Hart , who was fined an undisclosed amount after last week’s action against the Rougeau Brothers, who will be guiding the Great Kabuki, The Spoiler and Mark Lewin against the North American Champion The Junkyard Dog, ‘Captain Redneck’ Dick Murdock, and the wild and wooly Bruiser Brody. If that isn’t enough for you we will have the tournament brackets for our friends in New Orleans on Friday night, who will be hosting a one night tournament for the Louisiana State Championship. We will also see in action today, Kamala , The Ugandan Giant, with his handler Mr. Uganda, the man who is on a hot streak, Tom Pritchard, and the debut of the Guerrero Brothers, Mando and Hector are up next on Mid South Wrestling after these words from our commercial sponsors. COMMERICAL BREAK with promos of upcoming cards throughout the four states that Mid South covers. We come back and go directly to the ring for action on Mid South Wrestling. Hector and Mando Guerrero versus Butch Malone and Jim Dalton The Guerrero’s tag in and out, seemingly knowing the other brothers move before he does it. Mando delivers an impressive running bulldog on Dalton at the 7 minute mark for the pin and the win. Hector and Mando join Boyd and the Cowboy at the interview area, saying that they are thrilled to be back here and that they have only one thing on their mind. That is the Mid South Tag Team Titles. The Cowboy points out that they have been giving the champs every bit they wanted on the road this week, with the Guerrero’s taking some disqualification wins. Watts wishes them good luck, as Hector points out that the Spolier and Lewin can’t run forever. Boyd tells the fans that Tom Pritchard is next and he has a surprise for us all next on Mid South Wrestling. Tom Pritchard is at ringside with a very attractive blonde. He says that everybody knows that behind every successful man is a woman that guides him, that is beside him, that gives him that little extra that gets him over the top. This is what has started his hot streak and he figures with the Louisiana State Championship Tournament coming up he thinks that his good luck charm will be just enough for him to win. Her name is Sunshine, and she is mine. The young lady blushes as Tom leads her to the ring, opens the bottom rope and gives her ring jacket. He again opens the bottom rope and makes sure that she gets to the floor before he starts the match. Tom Pritchard versus Curtis Smith Tom is very aggressive, but stays within the rules and looks sharp against Smith as Sunshine cheers him on. Pritchard wins following a huge butterfly suplex followed up by a elbow to the chest for a three count. Boyd and Bill are at the interview area with Herb Calvert and Rick Steiner. Boys points out that these men are classic wrestlers, both men won at amateur wrestling, Steiner at Michigan and Calvert at Oklahoma. These men could be dangerous in single matches or in tag team matches according to Bill. Herb says that he is right and the whole world needs to look out for this guy as he slaps Rick in the chest. When Steiner gets it all together and he understands this sport, the sky is the limit for him. Steiner says thanks, and Bill says that everyone needs to watch for these men at shows and on TV for the next few weeks. Boyd says that Kamala the Ugandan Giant and his handler Mr. Uganda is up after these commercial breaks on Mid South Wrestling. COMMERICAL BREAK with promos of upcoming cards throughout the four states that Mid South covers. We come back to the ring and Kamala , The Ugandan Giant is in the ring along with someone who looks like Cyclone Negro in a bad mask. Boyd points out this out, but Bill says that the masked man is adamant he is NOT Cyclone Negro and he really doesn’t want to fight that battle right now. What is more impressive is the man in the ring Kamala. Kamala versus Mike Doggendorf The former University of Kentucky football star is out classed by Kamala. A leap frog by Kamala over Mike and a huge powerslam that follows ends things quickly. A happy Mr. Uganda and Kamala join the Cowboy and Boyd as Mr. Uganda tells the audience that he is NOT Cyclone Negro. He also tells the audience that as long as he has this man beside him it doesn’t matter what they think, because he is going to win every match he wrestles. He warns every title holder that Giant is on the way and they need to get used to it. Boyd tells the fans that main event is next on Mid South Wrestling. COMMERICAL BREAK with promos of upcoming cards throughout the four states that Mid South covers. Hart’s men are in the ring, as Kabuki, the Spoiler and Lewin are ready for a battle. We hear Queen’s ‘Another One Bites the Dust’ as the Junkyard Dog, Bruiser Brody and Dick Murdock come to the ring. The Dog slaps hands with the fans and Brody and Murdock concentrate on the men in the ring. The match starts and all six men are going at it. Mac Murray has his hands full, as Hart tries every trick he can, and Brody tries to stop him. The match ends in a disqualification as Murray loses control when all six men hit the ring to keep things even. JYD, Brody and Murdock are in the ring as Hart’s men are on the outside. Boyd tells the fans that nothing is settled here. When we come back, we will have the tournament brackets for the Louisiana Heavyweight Championship for our fans in New Orleans.
