Paul Diamond defeats Bob Marcus with a missile dropkick @ 7:28.
 
Joe Marcus defeats D.J. Peterson when Marcus takes a Thesz press attempt by Peterson and turns it into a hot shot @ 7:55.
 
The Mongolian Stomper/Wayne Ferris defeats Thunderbolt Patterson/Armand Rougeau when Stomper and Patterson go at it so hard that Patrick turns too much attention to it. Ferris pushes Rougeau off the top turnbuckle. Stomper lands a butterfly suplex on the stunned Canadian @ 10:48.

Bob Backlund © defeats Rip Rogers
after Backlund moves away from Rip’s cannonball splash. The champ counters with a chicken wing submission @ 13:44.
 
Tony Atlas defeats Jim Duggan w/J.J. Dillon when Atlas uses his cast again in a big way. Duggan has Atlas up for a powerslam. Atlas clubs away at the back of Duggan’s head. He drops Mr. USA and rolls out of the ring. Dillon complains about “the weapon”. He doesn’t let his man back in and takes a COUNTOUT loss @ 14:39.

Mr. Wrestling II/Bob Roop vs. Paul Orndorff/Mike Rotundo w/James J. Dillon

This time, it is Jim Duggan who plays the part of the “offending lumberjack”. A flying clothesline turns Roop a flip on the floor. He also slams into the ring railing. After some tough punishment, Orndorff piledrives the Southern Illinois alum, while Rotundo holds off II, @ 23:00.

Some good matches here. I like the Roop/Wrestling II team. I know II was starting to slow down at this point, but I think he can be very effective particularly in tag situations.
