Jesse Barr w/Sir Oliver Humperdink defeats Wendell Cooley by COUNTOUT. Barr and Cooley end up on the floor but Colley falls awkwardly. Barr sees it and throws his body into a wicked spear. Cooley falls against a ringpost and can’t make Weathers’ count @ 12:04.
Thunderbolt Patterson/Masked Superstar vs. Bobby Duncum/Ted DiBiase w/J.J. Dillon
Patterson and Duncum are throwing haymakers on the floor, as this one finishes. Dillon is up on the apron while DiBiase adjusts the glove. He throws a punch at Superstar but the National champ ducks. DiBiase hits a turnbuckle pad hard and grabs the hand. MS locks on a cobra clutch. Dillon drops to the floor and sees things have backfired. Ted goes under @ 14:45.

Norvell Austin/Randy Rose vs. Jack/Jerry Brisco ©
Jesse Barr comes out late and trips Jerry, as he has Rose up in a vertical suplex. Weathers doesn’t see the infraction but knows something is up and sends Barr to the back. Jack goes over and says something to Barr, as he goes. It allows Austin to come in and tap his right boot. He kicks Jerry in the head. Austin blocks off Jack and the belts change hands when Rose pins Jerry @ 15:02.
NWA World Heavyweight Championship
David Von Erich © vs. Dick Slater
The former Georgia champ has his current gimmick, the hockey mask, in his corner. He and Von Erich put on a scientific clinic early on. But, when the claw isn’t broken quick enough when Slater gets into the ropes, all bets are off. Both men crack heads at the 30-minute mark. Slater falls back into his own corner. He puts his mask on and goes in for some bad head butts. Weathers calls for the DQ bell @ 31:08.
Special deputies have to break up the bedlam.
