Announcers: Jeff Walton

Footage from last week's show started things off. "Exotic" Adrian Street celebrated his United States Title victory in-ring, and announced he would not defend against Pat Patterson. Patterson left the announce table and crashed the celebration, and had his own announcement. He'd secured a title shot on TV this week!

King Konga (with the Grand Wizard) defeated Brian Blair in 3 minutes after a big boot to the face. Blair was then stretchered out.

"Pat Patterson isn't the only one with a rematch clause in his contract," the Wizard said postmatch. "I too have a contract. I fired King Kong Bundy before he could get a rematch against Jerry Blackwell, and as a result of my legal talents, have the right to transfer that contract to another of my men. Will I give it to King Konga, the destroyer of careers, and crusher of dreams? Or will I let someone else have it? Hahaha!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

A music video promoting the upcoming debut of Black Bart was shown, to the tune of "Bad Company" by Bad Company.

A taped interview form Bugsy McGraw and "Pistol" Pez Whatley was shown.

"Destroyer, I know you's upset I won that battle royal," Whatley said. "But if you want fight about it, all you gotta' do is ask, and I'll sure give ya' one. But you going around with those sneak attacks, well it's on now!"

"You understand, this means war!" McGraw added. "I may not have played two sports in college, but I've got a street PhD in fighting, and I'll test it out any time, Dr. Death!"

Kortsia Korchenko defeated Riki Choshu in 4 minutes with an released over-the-shoulder backbreaker.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

A music video promoting the upcoming debut of Bad News Allen was shown, to the tune of the theme from "Shaft" by Isaac Hayes.

Pat Patterson defeated United States Heavyweight Champion "Exotic" Adrian Street by disqualification in 16 minutes. Patterson had Street locked in the figure-four leglock when "Mad Dog" Buzz Sawyer came out of the crowd and came off the top rope with a diving splash onto him. Sawyer then battered Patterson with a chain, and even struck Street when he tried to join in.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"My name is Buzz Sawyer," said Sawyer backstage. "Some people say I'm just a mad dog left off his chain. They're right. Y'all don't need to pay me to beat Pat Patterson up. I'll do that for the sport of it, just because I can. But when Buck Robley calls me up, and asks me to come on out to California, and says he'll give me $10,000 to take out Patterson, you bet I'm going to take that money, and I'm gonna' put a beating on him. And that's what I'm here to do!"

Mike Jackson defeated Gene Lewis in 5 minutes with a crucifix in a standby match.

Interesting that Buzz struck Street, as well. I like him in the role of bounty hunter on Patterson. Wizard is a genius without Konga but with him....WOW! The continuing stretcher deals are a nice touch. Love the inclusion of the music videos.
